Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your account with zero fees and zero questions asked. We'd love to know why you're leaving so we can improve, but there's no obligation and no penalty. We keep members because the beef is exceptional, not because we make it hard to leave.
Can I skip a month?
Absolutely. Manage your subscription from your account — skip, pause, or change your delivery date anytime. Heading on vacation? Freezer getting full? Skip that month. No penalty, no friction.
How much freezer space do I need?
The Quarter Club delivers approximately 12 lbs per month — that fits comfortably alongside what you already have in a standard refrigerator freezer. The Half Club delivers approximately 24 lbs, which benefits from a small dedicated chest freezer. Either way, most households keep up with it month to month without any overflow.
Can I choose what cuts I get?
Each box is curated by our team for the best seasonal mix — we rotate cuts to keep things fresh and interesting month to month. If you have a strong preference or something you'd like prioritized, reach out directly and we'll do our best to accommodate. Members who want full control over every cut are better served by our
beef share option, where you specify every cut directly with the butcher.
When does my first box ship?
Most first boxes ship within 5–7 business days of signup. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your box ships. Subsequent boxes ship on the same date each month.
