Where is Defiance Beef located?

Defiance Beef is located in Wanatah, Indiana, near the southern shores of Lake Michigan. We are an hour outside Chicago to our west and an hour from South Bend to our east.

What products do you have?

We offer beef shares in quarter, half or whole Angus beef. We also offer mini shares and monthly subscriptions if your freezer is a little smaller.

What is a beef share?

A beef share is a great way to stock your freezer with high quality Angus beef. You get everything from steaks to ground beef dry aged for 21 days and then cut to your exact specifications. You will speak directly to our expert butchers who will cut and vacuum pack your beef and then ship directly to you. A quarter share is approximately 110 lbs of beef.

Can I pick up my product directly?

Absolutely! Save on shipping by picking your beef share up directly from our butcher, Montgomery Meats in Ladoga, IN. The mini share and subscription boxes can be picked up directly from our farm in Wanatah, IN.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the lower 48 states via UPS. Your beef is vacuum packed and froze then ships in insulated boxes with gel packs or dry ice.
