Before You Order

When does it need to arrive and what's the order deadline?

Order by Sunday June 8th for guaranteed delivery by June 13th — two days before Father's Day. Most orders to Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan arrive in 1–2 days via UPS Ground. Orders to the Southeast, Southwest, and Pacific Coast may require 2-Day shipping — we'll handle that automatically at checkout for orders placed close to the deadline.

Can I add a personal message to the box?

Yes — at checkout you'll see a gift message field. Your message gets included in the box alongside the cut card. Keep it as short or as long as you'd like. We'll make sure it's presented well.

What if he's not home when it arrives?

All boxes ship frozen with enough insulation to stay cold for 24–48 hours after delivery in typical conditions. If he's not home, the box is fine on the porch for a full day. We'll include instructions inside the box for what to do when it arrives — either transfer directly to the freezer or refrigerator if he's cooking that week.

How long does the beef keep in his freezer?

Properly vacuum sealed, everything in the box keeps for 12+ months in the freezer with no loss of quality. He can work through it at his own pace — there's no rush. That's one of the advantages of a freezer gift over flowers or a restaurant meal.

Can I ship to multiple addresses — one for my dad and one for my father-in-law?

Shopify doesn't support multiple addresses in a single order, but it's easy — just place two separate orders with the different shipping addresses. If you'd like to do a larger order for multiple family members or a group gift, contact us directly and we'll sort it out for you.

What if he doesn't love it?

He will. But if for any reason anything in the box isn't right — the quality, the condition on arrival, anything — reach out and we'll make it right. Five generations of farming this land means our reputation matters more than any single sale. That's not a legal disclaimer. That's how a family farm operates.
