How pricing works: Your $200 deposit today reserves your spot. On harvest day you're invoiced for your share of the live steer at $2.75/lb live weight. Processing and packaging is $0.75/lb live weight. The final balance is due at delivery. A typical steer weighs 1,450 lbs — the numbers above reflect all-in estimates based on that average.

Vacuum Sealed and Shipped or Picked Up Every cut is individually vacuum sealed, labeled, and either shipped directly to your door anywhere in the lower 48 states via UPS, or available for pickup at Montgomery Meats in Ladoga, IN. Shipped in insulated packaging with gel packs or dry ice.
